Chapter 1865: The Observer II
Chapter 1865: The Observer II
The Creator look at this child. The Observer is long lived but sometimes he really resembles a child.
"Why do I find that hard to believe?" the Creator mutters with a smile but the Observer just
raise his shoulder.
Observer is called the Observer because he observe. If he begins doing something else, then he would no longer be an Observer
But certain things have changed. So, why would the Observer not change with it?
"Is there any side you are leaning on?"
"Life maybe" The Observer answered
"Why? I thought after all of these time, you would lean toward the End"
After all, you must have seen countless of things. Unpleasant things. Things that would probably would not like to see ever again"
The Observer only smiles at these questions
"I did see many things. And sometimes it is too much. But every once in a while, living beings makes a miracle. They show me that as much as there is terrible things in the Omniverse, living beings, trying to live sometimes could be beautiful. It is funny actually. That only the living beings that accepts death as not the end would live most beautifully"
"And it is so beautiful....that it sometimes dulls the other unpleasant things I like to see"
The Creator hearing this answer could not help but smile.
Mortals are short sighted.
And the things they could not see is numerous.
They could not see what is in front of them let alone themselves. Mortals find it hard to understand each other
And they understand themselves the least
And sometimes they even surprise themselves.
The Creator had seen many evil people. But there is more common people. What evil people called common; the Creator saw strength. The strength to not lose hope, the strength to keep living, the strength to not fall into evil
Rebelling in the Creator heart is not evil
When it is unjust, it is the duty that these weak people take to even the scales.
The Creator has seen how evil people made it rebelling against them as an evil act.
But the Creator put something in the hearts of every living beings. They are attracted to good, to life
And no matter how many modification evil people made to program people, sooner or later, the people would rebel.
Mortals surprise you like that. The reason why the Creator understand humans and other living beings as he did, is because He himself was a mortal once.
At least, His vessel was. And as such, He also has these feelings.
And His heart feel glad that at least the Observer has also seen what He had seen.
There is silence between these two beings. They have their own feelings and their own understanding of the Omniverse.
The Observer is also one of ancient beings.
Not many beings knows about the Observer.
Even for some civilization inside the Source Wall, not many people knows about a being called Observer.
Because he is not like the other ancient beings that shows themselves.
He did not even do anything
From the time beginning till time ending, he has always been observing. That is how he is in that other timeline.
More like a wallflower.
Like a fly on the wall.
No beings notices him. Because he never does anything
But this being has a very unusual origin. And the origins that allows him to speak like this with the Creator shows that he must share origin that is related to the one in the garden
The Creator look at the Observer smiles and then said
"Before it was not necessary for you to move. Now you move. It means it has become necessary?"
The Creator ask
The Observer look at the worlds and the Universes and all the things that the Omniverse could
offer and he giggles.
"Hehehe! I am just curious. Humans really are His perfect creations"
The Creator smiles
"I was interested in them since the beginning. Since the beginning they were decreed to exist. They lack so many things. So many flaws"
But while The Observer is saying these words, there is a smile on his face
The Creator also look at the same direction that the Observer is looking.
The Observer is not looking at the Child of the End. He is not looking at Wargod. He did not even look at the intergalactic war in Olympus that is spreading all over to the Qarthan star
system
Instead, he is looking at Earth. At a particular person
The Trickster of Midgard
"He amuses you?" the Observer did not answer but the smile on his face is enough for the Creator to deduce the answer.
"Step by step, one move at a time, and he manage to push the river tide to change. Mistakes, flaws, regrets, all of this pain only motivates them to become better. There is no other perfect
creation that this"
"You will help?"
"Observe like I always do. The moment I help, is the moment I am no longer an Observer"
"Maybe it is a test?" The Creator said with a smile
Hearing this the Observer look at the Creator and for a moment the expression of shock could
be seen on his face.
He seems to think about that notion for a while and he laugh
"That One surely does like testing us"
"How would you know your limit; how would you know yourself if you are not tested?" the
Creator asked.
Then the Creator added
"Others are not worthy to test you and you would feel denigrated, underestimated if other beings, other peers of your lifeform tested you. But if He tested you, then you could not complain" The Creator mutters
The Observer did not say anything to this. He also wonders, whether he is being tested right
now
Some, He gives direct answer. And some, He left it vague. He always works in mysterious ways. And sometimes, He gives you pain. There are pain that He gave you. And then there are pains that mortals themselves inflict to each other
All of the pain He gave is just a consequences of the mortal choices. It has always been like
that.
You want free will? You get it. But don't blame Him when things don't go the way you want. The brutality of mortals against each other is not His fault when the mortals themselves did
this to themselves.
Why should He stop these mortals from doing evil on their world when they themselves chooses to create their own Hell? In the end, when all is said and done, when their soul is separated from their body, when their last breath is taken, then the true judgement will begin And on that day, your own tongue would bear witness to you of what you had said, your your hand would bear witness of the evil you do
But the Observer is not mortal
However, he is tested all the same
And which one is the right choice? Is there even a right choice in this matter?
"You know, I have always been curious about why He needed to create you. You and the Destroyer. It is not like He could not do it Himself. One word, one gaze, one thought is enough to reshape any reality. After all, this is His Omniverse and we are just living in it"
The Creator did not stop the Observer from speaking. He just let him talk "He must understood the feelings of His creation. So why does He needs you. A Creator given
flesh? A flesh from human vessel. You are that human and yet at the same time you are the Creator. You're not Him. At least not now. His Right Hand. Or are you literally His right hand? Did He cut off His right hand and birth you into existence? Just like how I was created?" The Creator only smiles hearing this. The Observer suddenly like to talks.
"It seems you are more like a Talker than an Observer. Did He makes a mistake and not use His Eye to create you and instead uses His mouth to birth you into existence?" the Creator answer
with a chuckle
The Observer is not fazed at all to the Creator words.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om
"I never knew that the Creator is such a joker"
"Is it funny? I never understood comedy that much. Mortals seems to like it though. It make
them forget their suffering and pain for a few second. I have been trying to polish my comedy
skill to no avail"
"The Creator trying to learn to be a clown? That is an anomaly if I ever see one"
The Creator however is not angry at all.
The Creator has a very curious amazement in the living beings he created. He did not judge
what the living does with their life.
In a way, he and the Observer sometime share the same hobby.
Observing
Creating is one of his jobs. Observing them is one of his joys.
As for judging them, that is someone else job.
"Then what are you doing here?" The Creator ask
The Observer did not answer.
